Preparing For a QHHT Past Life Regression Session

The first part of having a QHHT session is to find a practitioner that you are happy and comfortable working with.

The whole process is based on trust, so to find a practitioner, trust your instinct.

To begin with, I would suggest that you contact a few practitioners in your area, or in an area that you are happy to travel too.

To find these practitioners go to the QHHT Official website and look at the find a practitioner section on the site, you can search this directory by geographic location, so it’s really easy to use.

Once you have shortlisted a few practitioners in your selected area, contact them with a few basic questions. If they are contactable by phone then ring and speak to them directly, if not ask them to ring you.

I do believe that it is a good idea to chat to each practitioner first to see if you feel comfortable with them. If you feel at ease with a particular QHHT practitioner, then you have probably the right one for you.

Your practitioner will go through a list of information for you to help you prepare for your session. This should include, but not be limited to the following;

  • A list of questions to ask your subconscious.
  • Start time and an idea of the session day timing.
  • Some steps to help you prepare for a successful past life regression.
  • An understanding of your role in a QHHT session.

Preparing Questions For Your QHHT Session

Your subconscious or higher self holds all the answers when it comes to your life, your history and your experiences. It can give you the answers as to why things have happened to you in the way that they have, and can give you answers on your current life as well as lives that you have already lived.

Your subconscious is your over soul and is the you that has had each and every experience throughout all of your existences.

So…….. What would you like to know?

Here are some common question themes to help you;

  • What is my purpose?
  • What is my role?
  • Why did I experience a particular event?
  • Why do I have a particular health problem?
  • Have I had a past life experience with someone in my life now?
  • Do I have any karma?
  • Why did I choose my parents?
  • Why did my children choose me?
  • Is my marriage contracted?
  • Do I have any gifts?
  • Why was I born with a disability?
  • Did I live in Atlantis/Egypt?

These are some ideas of questions, but of course the list is unlimited.

Preparing For a QHHT Session - Your Role

Often many people will have the belief that they cannot be hypnotised, which of course, is not true. Everyone and anyone can be hypnotised.

Admittedly there are some more difficult subjects than others, so if you feel you might cause your practitioner a bit of trouble, here are some tips that you can follow from Suzanne Spooner, to help make the process much easier.

  1. I ask them to help themselves right away by picturing and imagining everything I talk about in the story (induction). This moves them to the right side of their mind.
  2. Always say the first thing that comes to mind when I ask a question. When doing this they are speaking the steam of thought from their right side, SC. It’s ALWAYS the correct answer! This is by far the best tip!
  3. Whenever I ask them to see or feel things, see them or feel them in as much detail as possible. Some folks worry that they can’t be visual. Fake news! Humans are wired to think then see. If you think about your favourite person or place I bet you just pictured it. Remember ‘see’ is equal to imagine, remember, create or make up. Make up is a left brain word used to devalue the right side. Think on that a bit! A way to keep us in the left side, confused and relying on authority.
  4. Talk and talk a lot! As I ask questions tell me as much as possible. The more they describe the more material you have to ask a better deeper question and the deeper they go!

Other Steps To Help QHHT

Meditation. If you don’t do so already, spend some time sitting in meditation. Clearing the mind can help you to go much deeper into a QHHT hypnotic trance and give you a much clearer past life regression. It can also help you contact the subconscious. My tip would be to practise vipassana meditation or mindfulness.

Guided Visualization. Practising visualization can help you to much better ‘see’ during your QHHT session. But don’t confuse seeing with seeing with your eyes, rather seeing with your minds eye. Practise imagining what thinks look like, seeing in your imagination.

Hemi-Sync. This uses sound waves to entrain brain waves to induce relaxation, sleep, and altered states of consciousness. It's based on the principle of binaural beats, which create a perceived difference in frequency between what each ear hears, leading to a specific brainwave frequency.

It is definitely worth putting some work as preparation into your session, although I will guarantee a successful session, even if it takes more than one go, not all practitioners will do this, so treat this as your one opportunity. And anything that helps the session be a success is definitely worth a go.
